Yesterday was the first full day of Ambition, and it was a perfect beginning. One of the highlights of my day was coaching at the Consultants Softball Team practice. When you own and operate your own business, it comes with a lot of perks and freedoms. Personally I can’t imagine living any other way. But even if you have the most amazing organization, your upline and your downline are not co-workers and you are not their boss. That’s a good thing – no petty office politics to deal with. But it also means no company picnic, no Christmas party, and no company softball games!
