It was an important decision so I was deliberate in making my selection. In the end I was disappointed and vowed to never purchase anything ever again from that manufacturer. It was a position I maintained for years and openly shared with friends. Several years later, I found myself in the same situation, looking to replace my previous purchase.
I logged into my Consumer Reports account. And there it was. The Reversing Factor. The maker of the highest rated product was none other than the manufacturer that I had written off. I was skeptical.
